HyperPop Marketing Ltd. ("HyperPop", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. We build websites and run Meta ads for residential HVAC contractors.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you fill in one of our forms or advertisements
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or a form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your answers to the questions on the form
You provide all of this yourself. We do not buy contact lists.
When you visit our website
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. These collect standard technical information such as the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, what device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate usage data, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
When you become a client
If you hire us, we collect the business information needed to do the work, such as your company details, service area, brand assets and access to your advertising accounts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
- To provide the services you have hired us for
- To send you information about your account, such as reports and invoices
- To keep our own records
If you fill in one of our forms, expect a phone call, a text message and an email from us. That is the purpose of the form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We do use service providers to run our business, and your information passes through them:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where your information is stored
We are based in Canada, and our service providers store data in Canada, the United States and elsewhere. If you are outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and lead information indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it.
Email [email protected] and we will delete your information, other than anything we are required by law to keep, such as records of payments.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your enquiry. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you
- Withdraw your consent at any time

Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
